d u s t were appointed to increase area and optimise the residential provision of this mixed use site. the scheme achieves a mix of units including top floor penthouse benefitting from ample natural light and roof level private amenity space. We gained Planning consent for the addition of another storey and remodel the existing upper floors to provide 3 flats. We developed the design to discharge the Planning Conditions and achieve Building Regulations Plan Check approval on behalf of our developer client.
