Due to the increasing demand for English Sparkling Wine, the Pinglestone Estate approached Dust for the design and construction of a new winery to serve as a winemaking hub for Alresford, Winchester and the surrounding countryside. Designed to be beautiful and functional, it incorporates local materials, sustainable technologies and a sensitive response to the Hampshire landscape to create an industrial facility that will serve as an asset to the countryside and its local people.
