Apple Tree Cottage is a contemporary extension and complete refurbishment of a family home in the South Downs National Park. Its rural location inspired the use of both domestic and agricultural forms and materials to create a playful architecture, with dramatic dormers and oriel windows framing picturesque views of the surrounding landscape.
